EB5 Visa
An EB5 visa provides a green card before you emigrate. There are 3 ways to qualify for this; each involves making an investment. The US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) refers to this as an investment green card.
Our Regional Center
The USCIS designated specific areas, called Regional Centers, as eligible to receive immigrant investor capital. Of the 10,000 investor visas (i.e., EB5 visas) available annually, 5,000 are set aside for those who apply for a green card under the Regional Center pilot program.

Investor Certification

American Life Inc. purchases each property with its own funds. All properties managed by the company have no bank borrowings. Each property is formed as a separate Limited Partnership with American Life acting as the managing General Partner.

Our Exit strategies include, selling to a large developer, selling to a real estate investment trust and developing parcels and selling each as mixed-use campus.
